Lynn Frederick Dsouza is a globally recognized strategist, governance expert, and futurist with over 15 years of leadership experience across aviation strategy, AI governance, disarmament foresight, and international security policy.
She founded ESPIRIDI LLP with a singular vision — to empower governments, industries, and innovators to navigate complexity, secure sustainable futures, and lead fearlessly in a rapidly changing world.
As the National President of the Aviation Council at WICCI, she actively leads policy advocacy and transformation initiatives for sustainable and
inclusive aviation in India. Lynn is also a Country Advisory Member (India) for Security & Defense at G100, working on global security strategies, military disarmament, and AI ethics. She serves as an Individual Consultant with
the United Nations (UN), specializing in aviation governance, AI safety, and strategic risk mitigation. As a former Aviation Subject Matter Expert and Associate Director for PM Gati Shakti – National Master Plan, DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, she has played a critical role in aviation infrastructure planning, multimodal connectivity, and logistics efficiency.
Her professional experience also includes working for Genpact (Bangalore),
Jet Airways (Delhi, Bangalore), Airworks CMRO (Hosur), Mesco Airlines (Mumbai), and more.
Additionally, she has further completed 60+ projects and 50+ other courses from leading global institutions, including MIT, Harvard, WHO, and the United Nations. She is a ‘Globant Awards - Women that Build Edition' finalist and has been ranked among the 'Top 62 Women in Aerospace and Aviation to follow on LinkedIn' in 2021.
Today, Lynn continues to guide ESPIRIDI’s multidisciplinary work across aviation, AI, security policy, infrastructure innovation, and global governance, shaping the future with strategic foresight and ethical leadership.
